Privacy policy
Last updated and effective: 16 October 2026.
Operator: Shanghai Mujingtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. (English rendering of the Chinese company name). Email: info@swyos.cn; WhatsApp: +86 13699232399.
1. Scope
This policy describes personal information handling for the academy website and learning services. Shared member registration and login take place through swyhub.com; also read the privacy information on those account pages. Browsing the site is not treated as blanket consent for every processing activity.
2. Accounts and learning information
The academy uses member identifiers, display names, verification and login status for identification, access control and member services. Linked employee accounts also involve employee identifiers, names, departments and identity links. Favorites, learning activity, progress, assignments and points support the relevant features. Shared accounts do not require you to disclose passwords or verification codes to staff.
3. Requests, partnerships and feedback
Forms process your name, email or WhatsApp contact, request type, message, language, submission time and necessary handling records to receive, answer and follow up on your request. A separate consent checkbox is required. To prevent abuse, the system uses a non-reversible digest derived from the access IP and a submission identifier to limit duplicate requests. Do not include identity documents, payment passwords, trade secrets or other people's information you are not entitled to provide.
4. Cookies, logs and visitor likes
The SWYUPACADEMY session cookie supports login state, form security and session management and is configured as a session cookie. academy_visitor is a random visitor identifier with a browser lifetime of one year. The server stores its hash and related likes to remember state and prevent repeated counting; this does not directly identify your name. Necessary operational logs can include IP addresses, times, requested URLs, browser information and errors. Browser controls can restrict or clear cookies, but login, likes and forms may stop working or lose their state. Clearing cookies does not automatically remove server records.
5. Analytics
The site currently configures Google Analytics, loaded through googletagmanager.com, and 51LA, loaded through sdk.51.la, for traffic sources, page use and device environment analysis. Depending on configuration and provider rules, these services can process viewed pages, device or browser information, network information and cookie identifiers. See the Google Privacy Policy and privacy information on the 51LA website. Browser privacy settings or content blockers can manage third-party requests. The site currently has no separate analytics cookie preference panel.
6. Purposes, providers and external channels
We process necessary information to provide requested services, on valid consent, to meet legal obligations or on other lawful grounds. HUB account flows authenticate users; cloud storage and content delivery provide site resources; analytics services analyze visits. Displaying a third-party link does not itself authorize unrestricted use of your request content. Opening WhatsApp or an external site leads to a separate service under its own rules. Google and other services may involve processing outside China; consult their privacy information. Any legally required separate notices, consent or procedures must be addressed under applicable law; this policy is not a substitute for them.
7. Retention and security
Retention is limited to the shortest necessary period for the relevant feature, request handling, security or legal obligation. Information no longer necessary should be deleted or anonymized as required by law. Necessary periods differ for accounts, learning records, requests and logs. We use access controls, identity checks and transmission safeguards. If an incident affects personal rights, remedial action and notices will follow applicable legal requirements.
8. Your rights and requests
Email info@swyos.cn to request information about, access to, a copy of, correction, supplementation or deletion of your information, withdrawal of consent-based authorization or account closure. Identify the relevant account or page and scope of the request. We will use proportionate identity verification and respond, or explain the reason, within applicable legal time limits. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of prior consent-based processing. Legally required retained information will have its use restricted accordingly. Shared account closure affects HUB-linked services; we will explain the affected access and records.
9. Minors
The academy primarily serves people working in or learning foreign trade and ecommerce. Minors should use it with guardian guidance. A guardian who believes we have processed a child's information without an appropriate basis can contact us for investigation and legally required deletion, restriction or other measures.
10. Updates and contact
Material changes will be notified on the site or through appropriate channels with effective arrangements. Renewed consent, where legally required, must be addressed separately. Contact the operator and email above about privacy questions or complaints.
