1. Scope and services

These terms cover the articles, videos, courses, documents, website directory and learning services on swyup.com. Read the applicable rules before registering, using member features or submitting a partnership request. Browsing public content does not authorize additional personal information collection. Any paid service or specific partnership requires separately disclosed and agreed terms.

2. Accounts and access

The academy shares member accounts with swyhub.com through a common registration and authentication flow. Provide necessary, accurate information and protect passwords and verification codes. Do not impersonate others or transfer accounts without authorization. Public, member and employee access depends on the page and actual permissions. Registration does not grant access to all content, employee privileges or paid services. Contact us about account security, corrections or account closure.

3. Learning activity and conduct

Where available to your account, the site records favorites, learning progress, assignments and points. Employee features depend on a linked employee identity. Visitors can like content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harassing material or other people's sensitive information. Do not attack the service, bypass permissions, flood it with requests or interfere with other users.

4. Content use and submissions

Rights and permitted uses depend on the relevant notices, licenses and applicable law. Public access is not permission for commercial republication, site copying, bulk redistribution or resale. Contributors must have the right to supply their material and check third-party images, data and other rights. Sending a request or manuscript does not automatically transfer all copyright to the academy; licensing scope is agreed separately.

5. Learning information, translations and links

Consider publication dates, markets and official sources when using learning materials and cases. They do not guarantee sales, returns, platform approval or business results. Verify legal, tax and other professional issues for your circumstances. Automated translations can contain errors; corrections are welcome. External services are operated by their respective providers under their own rules. The academy remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

6. Service management and responsibility

We may take proportionate restrictions, corrections or content removal measures for security, rights complaints or necessary maintenance, explaining reasons and offering a review channel where practicable. Material service changes will be notified through the site or other appropriate means. These terms do not exclude mandatory liability, statutory consumer rights, or liability that cannot be excluded for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Privacy and changes

See our Privacy policy for personal information handling and Copyright and republication for content use. Material changes will explain the update and effective arrangements. Where separate consent is legally required, updating this page is not a substitute for consent.

8. Contact and disputes

Contact the email above to discuss a dispute. The laws of the People's Republic of China apply. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction, without limiting statutory complaint, reporting or other remedies.
