1. Scope and ownership
This notice covers text, images, videos, courses, documents and website materials displayed by the academy. Original, licensed and third-party works remain owned by their respective rights holders. Attribution, source links or editorial compilation do not automatically change ownership. The company licenses use only within the rights it owns or has been authorized to license.
2. Viewing, quotation and republication
You may study materials within your access permissions. Quotation, copying, translation, adaptation, public distribution and commercial use must comply with applicable law and specific permissions. Attribution, an educational-use label or a source link is not by itself a substitute for permission. To request republication, email the relevant links, intended use, channels, scope and whether the use is commercial, and obtain the relevant permission before proceeding.
3. Third-party content and translations
Third-party content is governed by its rights holder's permissions and published use conditions. The academy cannot grant rights beyond its authorization. Automated collection, translation or editing does not create unrestricted rights over an original work. Translations and derivative materials must still respect original rights. Contact us if a source attribution is incorrect or a licensing scope is disputed.
4. Contributions and partnerships
Contributors must hold the necessary rights in supplied content, images and documents and disclose sources and restrictions. Scope, languages, channels, duration, attribution and compensation for contributions, partnerships or republication are confirmed separately. Sending a manuscript does not constitute unconditional, perpetual or exclusive permission.
5. Rights complaints and responses
Email info@swyos.cn with your name or entity, valid contact details, disputed page links, the relevant work and evidence of rights, your specific request and any necessary authorization. Supply only information needed for review and avoid unrelated sensitive data. We will assess notices and take removal, access restriction, attribution correction or other necessary measures according to the facts and law. Affected content providers may submit explanations and counter-evidence. Applicable law governs timing and procedure; neither party should submit false material.
6. Contact and corrections
The operator identified above handles copyright, source, attribution and republication matters through the contact email. Submitted materials are used to review and handle the matter; see the Privacy policy for personal information handling. This notice does not exclude legally permitted uses or replace required permissions with a general disclaimer.
